CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

First of all, we offer great customer service and have exceptional instruction. This is no ordinary day at the gym! These workouts are designed to be intense. We know from our own personal experience, that your trip to the gym with a personal trainer is generally met with a young staffer who tours you through a bridge of routines with the swiss ball and weight machines. We assure you that your experience is going to be NOTHING like that. Some of our customers have described our workouts of nothing short of the most rewarding workouts they have ever done. In other words, they want a good medal (and rightly so). Our customers tell us about how rapid their fitness levels have improved. We won’t lie, they usually tell us first that they hate us, but not to long after, they LOVE US! This is truly something you need to experience for yourself. What a wonderful experience for us as your coaches to watch you improve leaps a bounds beyond what you can achieve at the gym. We have seen the general population be feed into the notion that looking muscular is equal to fitness. Just because you lift weights doesn’t mean you are fit. If you combine your weightlifting with intensity, well, now your cooking!
